Background:

 

This organization was inspired by my great grandparents, who came to the U.S. from Italy and Mexico and had to navigate the harsh realities of being immigrants from young ages.

My great grandmother, who was from Mexico, dedicated her adult life to teaching underprivileged kids in her community and often opened her home as a safe space for struggling kids to go and feel welcomed and cared for. My goal is to spread her efforts as far as I can through fundraising, donations, community involvement programs, and helping people show that we care.
